i agree with you, its most definitely an isp issue. went through the whole troubleshooting process with a friend a few days ago. he just used a vpn to patch and he has had no issues since. we went through the whole process of trying to port forward etc etc etc. but at the end of it all comcast would not let him acess his own modem to port
