The site itself for me has been slow, been doing a mod update session today. Downloads however seemed to be fine for me but then my download is only max 3mbps so I only get about 340KB/s. I live in Australia so maybe it's a connection to the servers thing, but i'm getting a 109kb/s / 1024kb, so it's taking forever to download mods for Fallouts and Skyrim. Some mods go higher than the average of 100kb, but it's still slow regardless.
